Automotive-Compatible High Current Inductor "CDG6250CB Series" (W6.8mm×D6.7mm×H5.0mm) This product achieves a narrower L value tolerance compared to our high-frequency, high-current module inductor "CDG6250C Series." The rated current is over 35A, maintaining high impedance from 20MHz to 3GHz, and it is also compliant with AEC-Q200. In the "CDG6250CB Series," we optimized the assembly technology compared to the existing "CDG6250C Series," reducing the L value tolerance from the conventional 20% to 15% while maintaining other electrical characteristics. This reduction helps minimize variations in module power characteristics due to L value fluctuations, contributing to improved power efficiency compared to previous models. In addition to various power module applications, this product is also suitable for impedance matching in contactless power supply and noise filtering that leverages high impedance in the GHz range.
